Complete the online registration form (links found below).​ ALL STEPS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE A STUDENT-ATHLETE CAN ENGAGE IN COMPETITION.
  • Read and understand the Student-Athlete Code of Conduct.
  • Read the Spectator Code of Conduct. 
  • Complete the Student-Athlete Online Registration Form (player information & medical information).
  • Read the Parent/Guardian welcome letter.​
  • If student-athlete/parent are driving, complete the volunteer drivers form and a CRC (online process) and submit to the coach and/or AD. This is a MUST (for safety & liability purposes).

Pay athletic fee online ($140 for "tier 1" sports and $90 for "tier 2" sports) - see more details & cost breakdown for athletic fees HERE. Fees may not load until roster is finalized; please be patient and give it a few days (if unsure or if you believe there is an error or sizeable delay, check with Athletic Director and/or the coach(es). ADDITIONAL FORMS & INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE TRANSFERRED TO SEMIAHMOO

If you are a new student to Semiahmoo Secondary as a result of a transfer, please see Mr. Plumb immediately to ensure you are registered to play and compete for Semiahmoo. Students that are not registered will not be able to engage in competition and are therefore ineligible.

Any delay in the following may result in an ineligible student-athlete. Reminder we must abide by and follow BCSS (BC School Sports) rules & procedures and timelines. Eligibility applications and appeals can be a comprehensive and lengthy process - time is of the essence!

If you moved to Semiahmoo in the last 12 months, please complete the following form that applies to you and submit to Mr. Plumb.
If you moved to Semiahmoo and competed in ANY sport in your previous school in the last 12 months, you also need to complete the following form and submit to Mr. Plumb.
  • 2026-2027 BCSS Eligibility Application Form (MUST BE COMPLETED, in addition to ONE of the above forms).
    • There is a $50 fee associated with the Eligibility Application. Students will be billed this in their SchoolCashOnline account (Semiahmoo is invoiced/charged $50 from BCSS and you will reimburse Semiahmoo). Please DO NOT attempt to provide Mr. Plumb with $50 cash for the BCSS Eligibility Application.
    • Note: if eligibility applications are NOT successful, an appeal can be submitted. This is a $150 charge from BCSS. Semiahmoo Athletics will pay upfront and ask families to reimburse the cost.
      • Contact Mr. Plumb if you would like to submit an appeal.
        • Do NOT attempt to submit an appeal on your own as it MUST be sent from Mr. Plumb or BCSS will disregard the appeal.​​
