The SSSAA Coaches Code of Conduct and the Volunteer Coaches Agreement Form MUST be completed/signed and returned to Mr. Plumb PRIOR to beginning your season.
All coaches who have an expired or expiring (one that will expire during your season of play, including playoffs) Criminal Record Check (CRC) can contact Mr. Plumb for instructions/information on how to renew their CRC, free of charge.
