What IS A "PEP RALLY"?

The seasonal pep rallies are designed to allow all of our teams to have some fun and show off their respective talents in front of the school. Each season (one for fall, winter & spring), we have different teams show off their skills. At the pep rally, we have a variety of exciting events such as relay races, tug-o-war, spike contest, dunk contest, 3 point-shootout, trivia contests, teacher/coach vs. player scrimmages, etc. We encourage all classes to come down and support our school's sports teams! We believe pep rallies capture the essence of sport - community and culture building.
